DRW is a firm of accountants based in Forest Hall, Newcastle upon Tyne.
We provide accountancy, tax, VAT and payroll services for a wide range of businesses using over 30 years of experience.
We offer a friendly, cost effective, professional service.
We aim to treat our clients as we would like to be treated ourselves. We pride ourselves in getting to know our clients in order to offer a welcoming, friendly, personal service, making our clients feel at ease and able to contact us throughout the year with any ad hoc queries or advice they need.
Our team have experience dealing with sole traders, partnerships, private limited companies, community interest companies and charities. We also liaise with HMRC and Companies House on our clients' behalf.
DRW was established in 1985 by Ronnie Walker. In 1987, Dave joined. They amicably parted ways in 1998 and Dave moved to Forest Hall and continued to trade as DRW Accountancy Services. DRW Accountancy Services became a limited company (DRWAS Ltd) in 2015 when Dave retired. At that time Kathryn Stanger-Leathes and Laura Ghazal were appointed directors and took over the running of DRW.
Laura has worked for DRW since 1996 and Kathryn since 2001.
DRWAS Ltd is a member of the IFA (Institute of Financial Accountants) we are also qualified members of the ATT (Association Taxation Technicians) and the AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians).
